CAN ORDERS AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO MY KITCHEN STAFF?

For advanced accounts we can integrate your website with certain Point of Sale systems so that prepaid orders are transferred into your kitchen within seconds of ordering. Please call us if you would like us to give you more information on this type of setup.

WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO SETUP OUT ONLINE MENU?

We designed the Online Menu System to be set up very quickly so you can be accepting orders online within a few days with very little investment on your part. We will ask you just a few questions and get a copy of your menu(s). After that you will only need a fax machine or computer to receive the orders.

 

The Online Menu System has already been designed so all you need is a logo and you are set. Or if you have a look you would prefer to use we can customize the Online Menu to match your current look AND to fit into your current navigation.
Basic Websites can be setup within a day and even more advanced websites can be setup in only a little bit more time.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THEIR ORDER?

We can accept payment for your customer’s order online so that you don’t have worry about receiving payment on delivery or pickup or we can just pass your customer’s Credit Card information on to you. Or, if you would prefer, we won’t even ask your customer for payment information. It is up to you.

IS THERE A COST PER ORDER?

The first 50 orders each month are free after which there is a charge of 20 cents per faxed order and no charge for emailed orders. For POS integration please contact us for a quote.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The Online Menu System costs $49.95 / month with a one time $400 dollar setup fee. Discounts are given for any client needing 5 or more menu sites. contact us for a quote.

WILL IT FIT INTO MY BUSINESS?

One of the best features of your new Online Menu is that it can be completely customized for your business. There is no need for you to have to fit YOUR website into someone else’s idea of what your business should need. We can setup multiple menus for you with separate schedules if you have separate lunch, dinner, catering or other menus. You can accept Delivery, Togo and/or Order Ahead orders.
